Penalty Shoot-Outs decide 3rd & 4th Class Soccer Finals – Oct 2016

Congratulations to the boys from 3rd and 4th class, who finished off their Astro Turf League with some great games and two high-quality, nail-biting finals.  PSG came out winners in a penalty shoot-out against Man City in the Champions League Final, while Atletico Madrid overcame Bayern Munich in another shoot-out in the Europa League Final.

Over 70 boys took part in the league which was played out in a great spirit of respect and sportsmanship, with some exceptional talent on display.  A big thank you to the referees, Mr Purcell and Paddy O’ Sullivan, and to the parents who came along to support and observed our ‘Silent Sideline’ throughout.
